This was our first time using U-Pack and it was for a cross country move. They were super easy to work with, extremely responsive and the drivers were great!

This is the 4th time using UPack since 2005, prices are higher but the cost of renting a truck myself and driving it is still a little more expensive but not having to drive across country myself makes the service the perfect value. The driver who dropped off the trailer and picked it up was super nice and super at getting it parked into the driveway. I will always recommend the service to anyone, if you stack and condense your items it can be very cost effective but if you are spread out and not stacking things it will get expensive get a plan before the trailer arrives and it can be a smooth and easy move. Thank you UPack for such great service and employees.

We moved from Washington state to Wisconsin. Upack made the move incredibly easy. Their rates were right in line with every other company. Their timeline for the arrival of my items were spot on. I could have been happier with the service I received! We will definitely use them again.

The drop off driver in WI was friendly and courteous, and we had the same experience with the destination driver. I would definetly do business with U Pack again!

ABF Freight/U-Pack is a sheister outfit, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Overcharged, underperformed. They took advantage of a single mom moving from WV to WI and I had to fight like crazy to go to Appleton to get her things.

Can't say enough about how happy I was with the whole U-Pack process. If you are willing to do the packing, loading, and unloading yourself, this is the way to go (although they do have contact info for packing & loading help, we chose to save money and do it all ourselves). We moved a whole household (4 bedroom home) from NW Iowa, over to NE Wisconsin. U-Pack does a nice job online of explaining how their service works, and then lots of hints and tips about packing and loading the truck. They also were good about answering questions I had when I called them. Trucks were delivered to us exactly as scheduled. We had three days to load. Make sure you have your crew lined up to help and the key is to really pack things out using all available space, top to bottom. Strap things off across the truck about every 8' to help secure the load. Then delivery is scheduled within a range of so many days, which you can track online. Trucks were well within range. Again we had three days to unload. Delivery and pickup of the trucks was made quickly once called for. Compared to moving companies, saved a TON. Compared to other do it yourself methods, I would have have to rent a fleet of trucks and made a whole lot of trips. U-Pack does all the transportation. Made life much easier. Again, can't say enough about the whole process and would definitely use them again. Check them out if you want to save yourself some money and time.

I was moving from Small town Wisconsin to Las Vegas, a moving company was going to charge thousands, we weren't moving big furniture, we considered renting a cargo van and having both of our cars packed, my son suggested upack. It was very much cheaper, I was a little worried about my breakables, not one thing was broke, it was fast and easy! With the savings I was able to get, I was able to add a few new things to my new home!

This facility is upper class, functional and compact enough to conduct multiple training iterations with no waste of time. Very well thought out and worth your time to check not out.
