The pricing, shipping and order tracking is great. Also, I appreciate knowledge regarding various 4x4 off-road fitments. Sort of like Tire Rack for the off-roading set.

Stephanie was extremely helpful in our warranty and exchange process with method. She went above and beyond in all areas of customer service and definitely deserves a raise and/or promotion. Great experience from initial purchase to even the unfortunate warranty fix (not trailbuilt's fault but they handled it exceptionally well). Highly recommended.

Great place to get wheels and tires but they sent Lug nuts that didn't work with my vehicle. I suggest getting lugs from another site.

I worked with Anthony several times all of which he was educated with the product I was looking at and the vehicle it was going on. He made several suggestions I hadn’t thought of and made me feel comfortable with the purchase I made. I haven’t received my tires and rims yet but I’ll post more about them when they come in.

Ordered wheels and tires after researching the gallery builds! What a lifesaver although I stuck with what I already had on my 2015 taco. After making my purchase I ended up having a few questions and was helped in a professional and extremely timely manner. I ended up needing to pick up my purchase at a FX terminal and the support staff at TB got right on the issue and set everything up for an in person pickup. Went and picked up my packages and installed in my driveway as intended! Everything was perfect? thank you to the team over @Trailbuilt Off-Road???? ~already dusty~
