Jeske Customer Service Department,I want to say how thankful I am that you had a solution to my loose set screws in all my bronze hardware handles. Additionally, the front door is working much better since switching out the inside mechanics upon your recommendation and replacement. But you especially went above and beyond when you replaced the hardware set that I messed up from mis-threading the hole for an upgraded set screw. I fully expected to pay for my mistake in that situation, but your department insisted on replacing the unit. This is the best experience that I can recall when working with a warranty issue!Thanks for your outstanding customer service,Nathan Zachor

I did not order anything from this company.However, I did receive a package of 6 Schlage door handles. I was not charged for these handles. I called the company to let them know. I had to call twice. The first time nothing was done.I was told the UPS truck would not come to get them, that their people did not have time to do this. I was told they would send me a call back ticket, I was to reseal the box, attach the ticket and drive to package to the UPS store nearest me to return it!!!They did not have time or resources to rectify their error, but I need to make the time!No good deed...Update: They did contact me and finally made arrangements for a UPS truck to come and pick up the package.

Bought two larch strikers which are advertised on site to buy measuring center hole to end curved plate. That what one orders by they sent wrong size forced me to pay to return them, nasty texts Never buy a thing youll be sorry dealing with a Shawn. Arrogant now have to complain to attorney generals office and BBB.
