Excellent place to take your car. They can handle most any repair and in a reasonable time. We travel from Sturgeon Bay to keep our cars running well.

Terrible place to have anything painted. I brought in, off the car, a replacement rear bumper fascia to be painted. What I got back was a disaster. Dry spray on most of the finish and sags in other spots. When I picked it up from them the painter said I could buff the finish out myself. Well I did, some of it anyways, except the huge paint sags. Later I did bring the car back and the paint sags to their attention and was told the painter was gone and would call me back in a week (right). Well it has been over a week now. And over four hundred dollars spent at this place for sloppy work. I may have never bought a car here but I will never have anything painted here again.

Tony programmed a ecu at a very fair price when I was struggling to find anyone in the area to do it. Was in and out in less then a hour. The guy knows his stuff!

If you want honesty, fairness, friendly service and comfortable setting, look no further. I can honestly say that I almost welcome car troubles as an excuse to get to say hi to this awesome team and can always rest assured that my car will leave their hands in better way shape than when it arrived.

This is the BEST mechanic, specifically for imports like Saab, Audi, etc. Stella, my Saab 95 linear is a 2003 and this shop is the only place capable of fixing her when she needs it.It's pretty far from my house so when the alternator went I tried a couple of shops close to home. The first said he could fix it until I brought her in, once he took a look he said he couldn't.The second shop I took her to was only a block away from the 1st. Not only were they terribly rude, they would only give me an estimate of $490 "if everything goes smoothly" which suggests an intent to charge much more once the work is done and have no choice but to pay.So I called the auto shop for an estimate. The owner answered the phone and gave me the exact price to replace the alternator and belt. Let us drop it off over the weekend, they said should be done on Thursday, had it done on Tuesday. Charged me the exact price they quoted on the phone. They are polite, professional, reasonably priced experts who don't make me feel stupid for not being able to fix my own car. I would recommend this place to anyone with a Saab that they love and need to have work done on!(6 months later).....Another GREAT experience with the Auto Shop! My Stella is getting older and needed a lot of work last week. The straps holding the gas tank were rotted through, the water pump had a leak, the locks didn't work, my tail light kept going out, my trunk wouldn't open, and so on. We had her towed to the Auto Shop. Talked to Tony, gave him a budget and told him to prioritize and fix as much as he could. He called back the next day with everything fixed already and WILDLY under budget. Most other shops would take advantage of a customer, and "find" more to fix, or find a way to eat up a preset budget. I can not recommend this place highly enough!
