I used Riverview Gardens for my dream wedding on 8/14/2021 and what could go wrong went wrong starting from signing the contract to use their facility. The original coordinator who I met with left her position and was soon filled with another coordinator and then she left and was filled with another coordinator soon after. Each coordinator was advised what I wanted for my wedding and each said that they will do their best to make it happen but when they day came it was nothing from good or even mediocre but a big disappointment. We had met up a few days prior to the wedding date with the coordinator at Riverview gardens, and also our wedding coordinator to discuss what we wanted to from Riverview gardens. She wrote down a bunch of notes and said that they would get everything we wanted and it should be no problem. The wedding day; it was a different story. It was super hot that day, there was no air conditioning, the beer was not set up, and the wedding coordinator that we spoke with decided not to show up but have another gal there take care of my wedding instead. When I asked her why was there no air conditioning, her answer was because cooperate had turned it off and that there was no one who is picking up the phone. I believe this to be a big joke and I felt that they did this on purpose because they knew it was a hot day and they decided the day of my wedding to turn off the A/C. Our cake table was not set up, my wife and I had to go ask the gal that was there to please bring us a table to set up. We had to set up first then cut the cake, how unorganized it was. The catering service that was there also expressed how they were also unhappy because of how hot it was that day and it was even hotter in the kitchen where they were working. The air conditioning was finally turned on about 9pm after it had already cooled down and not when we were starting my wedding around 1pm. All my guests, family and friends had to endure the hot mess for 8 hours. There was no apology, no one tried to reach out to me about it. It seems like every wedding before and after mine went fine but mine was horrible and I asked for an explanation from the wedding coordinator from Riverview Gardens and till this day she has not responded and neither has anyone from Riverview Gardens. I do not and will not recommend Riverview Gardens to anyone or anything for that matter.

You wouldn't allow a poor helpless animal get the care people were trying to provide it?! You'd rather it just die?! you'll smell it eventually?? Absolutely disgusting

Just had my wedding here. Sandy was fantastic and made everything go smoothly and also was very good at answering all of my questions via email/phone. The food was amazing and the bartenders were very personable.

I applied here for volunteer work and I went through the orientation process so I really can't say I know everything about it although what I did learn was it was very interesting and the people were very friendly and willing to work with individuals to the best of their abilities, they have a refrigerator for lunch and a warm up Center where everybody meets in the morning and there's quite a bit of land although I don't know exactly how much land
