I was paying almost double in only 1 year and a couple months. You’re gonna see a great low price to get you excited! Then 3 months later……$20 raise per month. 1 year later….you’ll get another $20 increase. My insurance was fine with them for a year and a month. I have State Farm. All of a sudden….its not good enough for them. They wanted to charge me an additional 25$ a month for there’s. Moved my stuff out that month! Horrible experience.

Now your charging 100.11 a month Now!!! First 58$ then 69$ and now this!!!! Very disappointed ? I feel tricked!!!! I talked to someone and I was accommodated until 6mo. I appreciate someone listening to me! And understanding me and my situation. ?

The team at Prime Storage in Appleton is wonderful. I'm not satisfied with the issues to make a payment and having to pay three late fees between two units, in three months time. That issue needs to be fixed, or you shouldn't be charging late fees for errors within your own system. Facility itself is always clean and the staff is wonderful.
