These folks are extremely nice and helpful.
I was temporarily living in Appleton while having a baby. Staff always asked about the baby and were personally very friendly.
Upon leaving town, we had tons of stuff to ship home (includig a lot of baby items), and a staff member let me leave PILES of unorganized, unpacked things that she organized, packed, and shipped for me.

I reached out to them about doing a print quickly for me and Robin was very helpful. I was able to email her the PDF I needed printed and she had it done very shortly. The print looked great and when I picked it up she was very friendly!

Ended up coming here - actually by mistake 12/08/2022 in the evening from Oshkosh after a run-around w/ DHL trying to locate a lost package containing my fiancé's wedding suit. Super important, right? Right. We actually called here the night before as a last resort, that maybe our package was delivered here instead of our home & it WAS! We spoke w/ a very very sweet woman, Sharon on the phone & I don't know who was more excited about this news, us or her! She really went above & beyond. Sue made sure that in case he couldn't come with, that I could pick it up even though my name wasn't on the package. We came up the next day, met Sharon & 2 other very kind women working there who I didn't catch their names. Told them the whole ordeal that happened w/ DHL, had a great laugh. But mostly, we got our suit home safe & sound because of these gals. Would 10/10 recommend! Amazing people running the show here!

Robin and her staff were amazing! We had one day to get pictures downloaded to a disk for my Mom's funeral, and even though it was just a few days before her son's graduation party, she made us her priority. Can't recommend them enough!

Over the past year we have worked with Robin and her team on several large shipping projects and they have delivered with exceptional service every time. They truly are an extension of our team and they understand the importance of quality and quick turnaround that is so important to us and our clients. I can't imagine working with anyone else when it comes to shipping.

I signed up with I-Postal 1 and made my address with Postal Express. Since October 2019 every time I would want my mail forwarded they would charge me twice on my credit card. Two charges on my credit card every time. I thought one charge for Postal Express and one for I-Postal 1. Turns out I'm being ripped off. They also can't take a decent photo of my mail. Photos are either not in focus, upside down, or just a photo of an address label which doesn't help me to know where the mail came from or who the sender is. I switched to another address with I-Postal 1 and now I notice I don't get charged twice every time. The photos of my mail are up side right and I can see the whole piece of mail. Don't use Postal Express for a mail forwarding service! As for being charged twice every time on my credit card I just want out. The service is so much better at the new address I'm at.
