Horrible place to rent from. Rat and Mice infested. Strange people always looking for unlocked units. Met and verbally talked about the contract and signed because they were in a hurry. When I asked if there were any details I should know, was told "No" Sent a text saying I no longer needed the unit but was paid up for the month and the unit was cleaned and empty and they replied "ok" and immediately rented it out. I received a letter a month later saying they were keeping my Deposit because I didn't contact them on the 1st and in writing. I was ignored for 2 days and finally got a response stating "learn to read a Contract". Very dishonest and rude people.
