Angela was extremely helpful. It took me quite a while to choose the mattress that worked best for me but she was very patient and had great information. While I was there, she had a difficult customer on the phone and she was incredibly patient and polite with that person as well. I could tell that the person on the other end wasn't being so nice and I was really impressed with how Angela kept her cool. I was very happy with my experience.

I had a great experience here just recently. I came in needing a new bed and one of the store reps Garth helped me with everything and got me a great deal on top of it all. I got a mattress, a box spring, a bed frame and a waterproof mattress cover for a lot less than I thought I was gonna pay. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Garth and Mattress Firm, you guys are great.

Garth was friendly, communicative, efficient, and knowledgeable; all qualities that you're looking for when seeking out a new mattress! My husband and I had a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm Appleton West and purchased our new mattress from this location.. this is one of those experiences that can sometimes be an awkward process, laying down on beds etc. But Garth made it one that was effortless and a success. We would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking to buy a new bed.
