We cannot say enough about Furniture Solutions! They sell quality brand names and their service (everyone from the designers, owners and delivery crew) are top notch. They were VERY patient and helpful while we took our time with samples and made our final choices. The delivery crew was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We just completed a living room makeover and we were very pleased with the selection and quality of furniture at Furniture Solutions. It is VERY difficult to find quality furniture after shopping around a lot, but yay, we did! We ordered a Smith Brothers custom sectional, ottoman, side tables, some wall decor and a Stressless leather chair. Allison was super easy to work with and she spent many hours with us helping us make decisions to get something we would enjoy. She even came to our house to help us select fabrics and rugs that would be a good fit. Delivery went smoothly; still waiting for our Stressless chair, but that should be here any day now and then we will be complete! We also added a Samsung Frame TV that sits flat on the wall and our living room looks beautiful. I highly recommend Furniture Solutions!

Ordered a matching ottomen after getting the chair, when I came to pick up they never unwraped it to check if was ok. And left me to do so at my home. Poor service. Never going back.

I bought a beautiful living room set from Furniture Solutions, and the sales staff were very kind and helpful. (I need to dig up my receipt and will add the name of my salesperson later.) Steve and Tom just delivered it, and they were fast, courteous, and very professional. I love my new furniture, and I'm glad to buy from a local company that offers made-in-the-USA, high-quality pieces. The cushions are overstuffed so they won't flatten anytime soon, and the frame has a lifetime warranty. Terrific experience!

They made it easy to find the right chair for us as well as customize and purchase.Delivery guys were great.I had a issue with the chair that we discovered after... they were out to troubleshoot and returned to correct a manufacturer error. Top notch!

We had new family room furniture delivered to my home yesterday. The delivery guys were very nice and professional. They offered to take our old furnitures out to the garage. They also put on cushions on couches legs. A salesperson Gilly who we talked was helpful and nice. She didn't give up finding the fabric we wanted to have for the couches and recliner. I would recommend anyone to go to this furniture store and ask for Gilly.

Disappointed on the display of outdoor furniture, very little. The prices were not little; over $13,000 for a 4pc set. No they were not GOLD or even gold plated. That number will never happen.

Stopped in twice now and the customer service is so rude. I looked online and saw a chair I was interested in and said it was in stock. I wanted to sit in it and try it out. The lady behind the desk said "You should've called first" in a unfriendly tone. She could of just left it at we sold it. But no she decided she was just gonna be snippy with us and she had a attitude from the get go. Never again. I'll shop elsewhere.
