Was told to go to FedEx & have them scan my return label. Was told I would have to email them the label. Piss poor service ?

Worst delivery company out there. I had a lady show up today and couldn’t give me my package because she couldn’t find it in her truck because it was so disorganized. Her thing said it was in there though, so she gave up and left never got my package either . I would understand if this was a one time thing but this is around the 4th time, they delivered two separate orders to the wrong address twice, not given me it because their truck was to messy, and one order was marked fragile but the person clearly threw it in the middle of my driveway it broke. Do better. And the costumer service team online and in person is terrible as well.

Negative stars. Please trust the google reviews. Store manager Nick lacks empathy and professionalism. Every time I come here, he has to make simple things too difficult. His tone, demeanour and overall energy is just not pleasant. I do not want to go there again. Ernest, old employee made all my trips friendly and convenient.
Message to Nick-
1. Not all your customers are proficient and trained in package shipping. This is your job to help/guide them a little bit.
2. You don't have to be rude and shake the package aggressively to tell me that it needs filling.
3. You do not have to come to us and say "Your sample bottles need to be in a box. We don't pack it for you". I already know this and NEVER asked you. I was printing my shipping labels.
Shut down this place. Never ever coming back.

Don’t waste your time and energy been in this location 3 times and always they seem to be ready to find an excuse to make your life harder

Worst customer service ever! I’d give this store negative stars if possible. I’ll never be back. This has been going on for years how is this store even open. Avoid go across town way better!

Worst customer support experience I’ve ever encountered. On 3/5/2024, I went to this location to pick up a package. I had driven an hour and a half to this location. The package was not here. Which is fine, I would have been okay with going to another location. However, the staff here wouldn’t help me at all. They wouldn’t help me find where the package is. They didn’t offer to call anyone. They didn’t do anything and were extremely rude about not being able to help. I will never use this location again and am appalled by the laziness and unwillingness to help someone who had traveled so far to get their package.

Ernest is the man! I'll forgive that he's a Chicago Bear's fan (haha!). He was very helpful in picking out the box I would need and letting me know how to package my books. Would recommend this location!

Nick was super friendly and extremely helpful with shipping my package. I thought my package didn't have a label to download and figured out when I got there that it did and he printed it for me, so i didn't have to run all the way back home. Very appreciated.

Worst customer service ever! Refuse to use Fed Ex unless for some unknown reason I absolutely have to. I have been using UPS now and have no issues. All employees at UPS that I encountered have been courteous, friendly and respectful! Fed Ex has lost my business!

Had many experiences with Fed ex and none of them were satisfying. I called and spoke with the store manager Nick about a package I was trying to pick up and he lacked professionalism, empathy, and customer service. Very poor experience. Hope to never have to go through this store location again.

Lazy and unhelpful. Had to drive to a different ship center to get the services we needed.
