I have posted only one bad review in my whole lifetime, but I feel compelled to write this one. I went to the Kinkos Fed center in Green Bay, and an employee named Leigh was extremely rude. She explained things so poorly to me that I left after 15 minutes not understanding anything about my project. I went home, googled printing places in Green Bay, and promptly met with someone at Digi Copy who was professional and courteous and clearly explained all my options. He gladly accepted my $275 order that Kinkos lost out on because of an employee with a bad attitude.

Ernest is the man! I'll forgive that he's a Chicago Bear's fan (haha!). He was very helpful in picking out the box I would need and letting me know how to package my books. Would recommend this location!

This place gets 5 stars because of the employees there. I do weekly drop offs and I've had a few special printing jobs done at this location. They are professional and prompt, and they are careful to disclaim possible hang-ups before they happen. And when it gets crazy busy in there, they handle it like pros.

The employees at this location are useless. They rarely help you when you walk in. Additionally, Fed Ex as a company is tough to work with and I always seem to have issues shipping and receiving. I am done being their customer.

I despise FedEx: Their stores are always closed (don't bother looking at their "open" hours - this location was locked and the lights were off even though it was supposed to be open). Their drop-off service sucks too: They leave my boxes in the middle of my driveway, instead of putting them on my porch like Amazon, the US mail and UPS. Don't do business with FedEx - maybe they'll die off and it definitely will be good riddance!

I purchased a digital item from Etsy and sent it to Kinkos on Calumet with some questions. They were very responsive and helpful in getting back to me. The print size is 24 x 36 and they gave me two paper options. I explained what it was for and they helped me select the correct paper, which was the less expensive option. I am very happy with the the quality and customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs help with printing services.

I really don't like using Fedex. They need to know what's in the box - if anything is moving they reject it or offer to put packing in the box. I sent shoes back the same way the store sent them to me and they wanted to make an extra buck to charge for packing. When you put it in a fedex pick up box they still get there. A big rip off!!!!
