I purchased a shower curtain. Never received it. Post office says they delivered. But I NEVER GOT IT! Called Country Village for help. They mailed it. Insured it.....they will get their money back with a postal claim. They will not refund a dime to me. I paid $60. Never received anything....just rude customer service female saying there was nothing she could do. Never again....your products are beautiful. Your customer service is terrible. 6/19/23. A fair update. I have been contacted by Country Village Shoppe after this review. They have stated that they will send another curtain. I am hopeful that is true.

Ordered a lantern for Christmas gift I emailed them the next day cause I couldn't find my order and they got back to me in less than 24 hrs and helped me. The lantern came very promptly and was packed well. I will definately order from them again and recommend them.

Purchased the fishtail curtins in Navy. Good quality material however I would highly recommend professional pressed and starch at your local cleaners before hanging.Very satisfied.

I absolutely love this store. I just don't get to visit it enough and wish it could stay open on Saturdays. Every time I go in I feel like I'm transported to another time and place. It's always neat and well merchandiser and the staff is very friendly! Wish I could buy all of it ☺️

WARNING: The free shipping is not truly fee shipping. I ordered 3 kitchen valences for a total of $119.85 which qualified for free shipping. Unfortunately, the valences appeared differently than the website view and I did not want to use them in my kitchen. I returned them for a cost of $11.75 thru USPS. Country Village charged $8.95 for the original shipping so I only received a refund of $110.95. So, it cost me $20.70 for no valences! Be sure to check the return policy on their website as they will charge you for the original shipping if you return more than 50% of your order. Of course, I would not be keeping any of them. A ridiculous policy! No wonder people are using Amazon for online ordering. Their policy makes sense.

Placed order for curtains on Nov. 23rd, next day stated awaiting shipping ! Still waiting to be shipped and today is Dec. 4th ! Sent two emails for info on shipping no reply !

Poor all around! Placed an order, received confirmation, thought all was well. A week or so later and still no delivery so I checked the order status, only to find "payment processing". Zero communication or indication that the order was unsuccessful. Customer service email is non-functional. Called the next day & spoke to Anita, who had to leave me on hold - only to come back and tell me that part of my order was out of stock. Complete lack of consideration. Cancelled my order. Buyer Beware!
