Put 11,000 or 12,000 miles on the car I bought from them, twords the end of last year. It's been great so far.In today's day and age I can appreciate a dealer that dont chase you down and push things on you.No, the cars they have arent perfect looking. But they run.Better than dropping 17k on a lemon at 199scam on a car that looks OK but is a mechanical nightmare

Quite the sketchy car lot. The cars that are sold there are definitely not being maintained to any acceptable standard, as several are sitting in the lot with semi-deflated tires and dead batteries. When I asked what a car's check engine light was related to, I was basically laughed off and told "we have no clue what that light is for - but don't worry about it! What car doesn't have a check engine light on?"Their method of having no warranty on vehicles that fall apart as you test drive them should be a major red flag.

I bought a car a little over a month ago from Troy. If youre looking for new or a huge selection of cars this may not be the place for you. If you want an honest, low pressure car lot. I cant say enough. Theyve been in business forever. Troy is honest, upfront, no pressure and above all stands by his word. I would absolutely go back if I ever need to purchase another car. What a great experience. Thank you Troy I appreciate everything you did for me.

Hello, I wouldn't buy another car from Car City. Soooo many things wrong with the Buick Lacross I bought. I wanted to look under the car at the dealership but they didn't have a car lift. I should have know at that point not to buy it. If they dont have a car lift that is a bad sign. The exhaust, brakes, and power steering all have leaks or just have problems. I would avoid this place.

I just sold my car, first time for me selling a car to a dealer as opposed to trading in my car. The experience was very positive. Troy made easy work of navigating a complex title issue with the DMV.

The guy was nice and happy to let me see the car and test drive it. Upon taking it for a test drive it clearly had a transmission issue that was not disclosed. The gas tank was completely empty so I had to stop and put a few dollars in just to drive it. They refused to pay me back, claiming they didn’t have change ($6). All the cars I looked at had AC problems and not legal parking brakes. For this reason I will not be shopping there again.

If you're looking to purchase a car I'd advise going somewhere else, or at least doing your research. To be fair I had a budget when buying mine (which was low), but either way I wish I avoided going here. I bought my vehicle not even a year ago. The guy told me I'd need to replace the exhaust which was fine, but it turned out that the person had welded the whole thing together it costed me $900 to get fixed. Now I'm having many leaks and steering wheel problems that's costing another $2k, not to mention my breaks need fixing and so do my tires. At this rate I'm paying more in repairs than what I payed for my vehicle. And I'm sure I'll have more problems with it in the future. :(

Highly Recommend if you are looking for a lemon. Bought a used vehicle and found out the same day I bought it that it didn't have a front driveshaft. I discovered this when I parked on a hill and my daughter was in the car and it started rolling down the hill in park. A missing driveshaft was not on the dealer's list of defects. How would a certified dealer who inspects their vehicles not find something so obvious on the inspection. Called and they installed a driveshaft but of course few weeks after they replaced it the transfer case was junk. Then a year later when I post it on Facebook I get a message from the owner Troy offering to buy it for 1200 when I paid 4000 for it. So makes you wonder if he knew of the drivetrain issues all along. I wouldn't trust this place. They are either too stupid to find a missing driveshaft or they were trying to rip someone off. Either way id stay away.

I would definitely recommend buying a car from here. The older gentleman who runs the business was great to work with on buying a car. He was very kind and caring. I got a good deal and a great car?

If it were possible to give them negative ratings I would. Literally just called to ask about a truck and I had some questions about the price. The man who I was speaking with decided to hang up on me and when I called back to ask if he hung up, he replies "what do you want, I'm here all alone and I got 5 people waiting on me." Yeah. I don't care what anyone does with their business but just thought I'd leave this out here so you guys know how much they care about people.
