Brought my Nissan Frontier in for some servicing and a gas line that just started to leak. The servicing went smooth but the gas line took some time to get sorted. Nick Richard kept me in the loop with everything that was happening, either with a phone call or text message weekly. I Was in the military for over 8 years and know what to look for in a person as far as leadership potential. Good morals and ethics, with the understanding and knowledge to keep me informed. Good communication is the key and Nick Richard checked all of those boxes for me. Thanks again!!

Keith was very friendly and understanding of the situation with my vehicle. Once I was able to get in contact with him, everything went smooth and was very efficient. Cindy, the service advisor was also very friendly and helpful.

Reserved a 22 Pro 4x Nissan Frontier. Waited a month for it to arrive. It kept getting put off by the sales person Blake I was dealing with. I had to beg and call a manager to schedule a time to pick it up. Then we had a bad hailstorm the day before they denied the hail storm was anything at all even though it was nasty. I was told lie after lie from Blake and the sales manager Jeff. No idea what the truth was or what they were hiding. I was told the truck's wheel was damaged from tech team driving it. They denied the hail storm was bad at all and blew it off as nothing even though their service department was booked for weeks from hail damaged vehicles. I can guarantee every vehicle on the lot took some kind of hail damage. And they will fix them up and sell them as new and never tell the buyer. They might even collect insurance money to cover the hail damage on top of selling them for full value. A bad review is not going to turn anyone away. But I would avoid Blake the sale person if you can. I don't know the truth so I can only guess. But it feels like the hail really damaged the vehicle and they decided to lie and make up a story as they keep it another week to fix it and make it look new again. But the truck came in a week ago and I tried to pick it up everyday and they just didn't give a crap on selling me the vehicle I reserved with a down payment and waited a month for.

I have had 3 vehicles from here with the same salesman, Andy Mokszycke, every time. He is courteous, has a wealth of knowledge on the vehicles, and makes the vehicle buying experience a delight.

If you need to buy a car, go see David Leschke. He is SUPER knowledgeable and was very patient as he taught me how to program my seat, use the navigation system, and explain the difference between cruise control and ProPILOT Assist. It was a great buying experience, thanks to David! He told me right away that they don't haggle, but also that the price listed was below the MSRP. It took the icky feeling out of the whole experience, because I didn't have to worry if I was getting a fair deal. To top it all off, David told me how Bergstrom is using their influence and finances to make the Fox Valley a healthier place for kids. I left feeling really good about the whole experience.
