I came in with my Best friend and Caleb William took care of us both so well! He allowed us to try on every ring we wanted and switched out the diamonds as many times as we wished. He was so patient and easy to talk to! 10/10 recommend!

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Avenue Jewelers! Stacy Reshel was the one helping us through the whole process and she was such a a sweetheart. She let me take my time looking through ALL the rings that caught my eye (there were many!) and gave me very helpful advice and suggestions along the way. I ended up choosing to customize my own ring based on a few she'd shown me that aligned with the style I was wanting. During that process, she was diligent about making sure everything was exactly right. She was great about helping me articulate my preferences and suggesting alterations to get the exact result I was going for when working with the design company. Her professionalism and passion for customer connection was unmatched, I can't recommend her highly enough. AND, my ring is absolutely gorgeous!!

I LOVE Avenue Jewlers! My husband got my engagement ring 4.5 years ago and its still in excellent shape. Every time I take it in to get it cleaned (which is complementary) the staff is SO kind and so helpful. Just got it cleaned today and I LOVE the sparkle. I highly recommend Avenue. In fact I know several people who have purchased jewlery there and love it

It’s pretty simple, if you’re looking for jewelry then go to Stacy from Avenue Jewelers!! She was invested in my fiancé’s wedding ring from concept to proposal! Her vast experience, attention to detail, and artistic ability helped us find the wedding ring that not only fit physically but matched my fiancé's personality as well! As for the dummy in rings (aka me), she was there to walk me through every thing, answer all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I cannot thank her enough and look forward to working with her in the future!

I have a vintage watch that most places turn down due to the complexity, however, this place had many experienced workers that not only fixed it in under 10 minutes, they gave me a free drink and pleasant conversation. Even if you live far away, this is the place to go!

Caleb is a kind, patient, knowledgeable linkologist. We walked into Avenue Jewelers with no idea of what we wanted other than to incorporate our sons birthstone in a piece of jewelry. He answered all of our questions and helped us pick the perfect choice for us. We chose a permanent bracelet with a charm. Caleb fit it perfectly and we absolutely love it. He has extensive experience with permanent jewelry. 100% would recommend.
