This place is awesome. It has a humble exterior but the furniture inside is first rate. Caitlin was super accommodating and helper us build our dream living room experience. 10 out of 10, would buy again amd recommend anyone to stop in amd see the selection.

Such a wonderful furniture buying experience! We bought a 3 piece furniture set for less than we've spent on similar 2 piece sets in the past. Best part? It's all in stock & we were able to get itthe next day! We had a minor issue that they worked tirelessly to correct, could not be happier with the customer service or the products we received. We paid approximately $2100 for a couch and loveseat back in the end of February of this year (2022). The structural integrity of this furniture was appalling. Literally the arm of the couch fell apart and left pieces of wood on our floor. The stitching was coming apart and there were so many sharp parts due to the breaking wood that we had to replace this garbage furniture with stuff we found on fb marketplace. We contacted the owner and he offered us a whopping $400 in store credit all the while ghosting my wife whenever she didn't badger him. This is a reprehensible company. Do not do business with them.

I am only giving two stars because our experience with the people working there was fantastic while we were shopping.6 months ago we spent around $2,700.00 on a love seat and sofa set. I am appalled at the awful quality. We are a family of 4 and already from just general pressure of everyday use there are multiple places where the wood frame has completely snapped!! We are not overly obese people either, very average weights.The first few weeks every time we got up off the couch we would feel another part of the frame snap or buckle in. We were not thrilled but the sales people made sure to tell us all sales were final multiple times. I did not want to even bother complaining.Now today one of the main frame pieces on our couch snapped just from putting pressure on it to stand up. It makes me sick thinking about how much money we spent on this furniture and that we are already needing a new set.Aside of the structure issues there are also various places that the stitching has come undone as well.Do not waste your time and money here, please invest your money in QUALITY furniture that will last more than 6 months.

The people at Appleton Furniture Direct are very personal. They want to make sure you are happy. They were very accommodating when it came to delivery. Made sure it worked for us. We would definitely recommend buying furniture from them in the future.
