It makes it very difficult when places like this refuse to put their prices online. Most storage places are the same when it comes to the semantics, so what I need to be able to discover is:1) Do you have a unit available in the size I need?2) How much do you charge for the unit?3) Is there a minimum lease period?The rest I can figure out on my own like location and whatnot...This is a fail in my opinion.

What a perfect solution to avoid long-term airport parking! John stored our car for a month and even arranged our ride to and from ATW. He went over and above to make everything work out.

John at Appleton Area Storage sets a new standard for customer service excellence and responsive, caring storage facility services that he provides consistently all year round.As a customer for many years, John goes out of his way to get his customers with the literal 'right fit' storage unit for whatever requires storage--in my case, classic cars.Always available by phone/text, always prompt in response, and always finding solutions for his customers, I'd recommend Appleton Area Storage if you're interested in old fashioned customer service, but also if you're interested in a heck of a great product--clean, secure, monitored storage of all your stuff--no matter what its value, it's safe and secure at Appleton Area Storage.Avoid the 'big boys' and go with Appleton Area Storage--it's time we start supporting the 'mom and pop' outfits around here that provide great service and prices--but most importantly, a business and owner who cares about customers and their storage needs.Can't recommend them enough.~T. My UHaul trailer rental was very easy. The trailer was in great shape and towed well. The pick up and drop off of the trailer was easy. The owner was polite and helpful. Our business will rent from this place again.

He also rents u-haul trailers and I rented a motorcycle trailer from him he was a fantastic person to work with I am so glad I found the trailer at his place if I am in need of another trailer I will go to Appleton area storage

Moved this past weekend and had a bunch of issues with U-Haul traffic messing up our reservation. However, the owner went above and beyond to communicate with us on the issues even when he was out of town. We could tell he was equally as frustrated as we were with the situation and cared about us having a good experience. While we are still frustrated with U Haul scheduling, Appleton Area Storage went above and beyond to help us and we would recommend their services.

I recently had the opportunity to rent space here. John went out of his way to accommodate my space request and move with a u-haul. He always gets back with questions and is accessible with both calls and texts. If you need space for storage, this is where you want to rent.
