Your doctor sent information to them and they said they did not receive it. They blame it on the doctors office when it’s actually their fault then you have proof that it’s their fault and they say it’s not terrible.

They continue to call and send letters almost daily. I have told them what I need and they do nothing. I consider their constant phone calls, messages, and letters to be harassment. I will be switching to another company.

They won't cover basic preventative care like labs that are encouraged with annual wellness exams. This does not appear to be a company that cares about their members' well-being. We will be switching insurance providers as soon as we can.
