They will make you pay for the whole month even if you are only there for a week or two. I paid the full rate for May and July, but my stuff was only there for about 3 weeks. Didn’t work with me at all to try and get partial money back.

I've been renting here for 7-8 years with no issues until today. I live in Menomonie. We drive to the unit to find a completely different lock on my unit and obviously my key doesn't work. Call them and was in the phone for over 10 minutes, on hold most of the time, only to be told they have a voicemail and an email to the property manager. I never got any phone call or email about anything that might have been going on with my unit. I've been late to pay my bill, but it's ALWAYS been paid, late fee included. I'm beyond upset!!

I have had storage service with them for about 2 years and it's been really great I haven't had any problems I haven't had to worry about any break-ins I get all the emails of my receipts they just take the money right off my card so it's very simple I would recommend them to anybody

It’s been very smooth except for getting my account online so I just have them take it out every month but other than that I have had no problems.

I want to share an experience with this business. The owner of My Storage (Anytime Storage) does not return phone calls or emails. Her voice mailbox is also full every now and then, which only means every so often she DELETES her VMs to free it up without returning these important phone calls. Search the web and you'll find more complaints. I won't recommend her storage units to anyone. She's telling us our time is NOT valuable, but HERS IS. Terrible!
