We were on our way from Michigan to South Carolina when we had car trouble in Winfield. It basically died in Eddie's driveway. Billy and his crew were kind, diagnosed the problem quickly despite having a backup of other customers, and we were on our way the next morning. Highly recommend!

I visited the shop yesterday for a vehicle inspection and was thoroughly impressed. The place was busy, which is a good sign of a reputable mechanic. Despite this, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. The staff explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. I left my car there and received a call when the job was completed.
I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. The quality of their work gives me confidence in their expertise. I’m already planning to return for an alignment. Their prices are posted on a board and are very reasonable, adding to their trustworthiness.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this mechanic shop for reliable and professional automotive services.

Quoted me $789 Dollars just to change a brake pad and a rotor. Absolutely outrageous. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and they sold me a rotor and a full pack of brake pads for less then 150$ and did the job myself in 30 minutes. When they said it would take them 3 hours. Do not recommend this place very much crooks

Our crew and I were passing through from Michigan heading to a business conference, and we had a little tire trouble. Billy had us back on the road in no time! Very professional and very friendly. I try to support our local places. It’s important we take care of each other. Unfortunately today will be my last day using Eddie’s tire service in Winfield WV! This is the second time in last month we had bad service.Need to be able to trust your car service people. I will be taking my car to my dealership where I bought it to have it inspected tomorrow. I do not feel safe letting them repair any of our vehicles again.
