Took my truck in for frame repair and was quoted price which included gas tank removal to repair inside of frame. Was mislead to believe this was done and it wasn’t. Very disappointing when I learned this was not done as per price I was quoted which included this work to be done. ?.
*Did hang up. You called back. Don’t think I wanted to do this. I did not. You were oblivious to our main conversation. Saw no sense in continuing conversation when emotions were tense. If by saying “I wish you were standing here so I could see the problem” means bring truck in so as can address the problem, sorry I miss understood your intentions.
You were to take fuel tank off and repair frame. Didnt happen. Not disappointed in work that was done just the work that wasn’t.

Very friendly and informative about the work to be done. (Replace both rocker panels). When the work was done he explained what he had done and what needed to be done.
I was very impressed with his work.

I took my 2019 Chevy Cruze in this week to get the back lights replaced and sealed. They did an excellent job, and the they got it finished really quick. The staff is really friendly and caring. The prices are super reasonable for all their great work. I recommend them to everybody.

On 11/05/23, I was involved in a deer hit accident. I read the Google reviews on WAB and decided to go with them. I was very pleased with the work. Dave and Michelle were very personable and friendly. After I returned home, I noticed dried, muddy boot prints inside the step of the back seat as well as all over the back seat. I was wondering why this was when all the damage was in front of my vehicle. I was disappointed to see it and promptly cleaned it off. Fortunately, I had installed a back seat cover prior to service. I would do business with them again, but I would not want anyone walking on my seats with muddy boots.

DOES WELDING AND RUST REPAIR for a good priceFailed WV inspection and needed a small plate welded in, stopped by and got an appointment in less than a week.Although a small patch turned into a lot more welding and removing the bumper they only charged $60 more. Very impressed and would recommend!I literally called every mechanic/body shop within 30 miles of Moundsville. 90% didn't weld and the other 10% couldn't get me in for 3 months.

Wheeling Auto Body is the best. I wrecked my Cadi and they put it back together like brand new! Dave and Michelle are so caring and friendly. Dave always makes me laugh. Shop looks like a junkyard! Rather than fixing the issue they wanted to replace a part which would have been almost two thousand dollars more expensive! Would not be comfortable leaving my vehicle there! Do not recommend !
