I went to get estimates of a broken mirror on Saturday. Gentleman was almost closing his shop but told me that I can come in. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me an estimate. Too bad my statefarm policy doesn’t work with his shop. Thanks

Would give 0 stars if I could. I asked if he could do some work on my truck said send me the pictures etc. told him I had the parts. I emailed him multiple times gave him my phone number etc. never contacted me back. Wasted my time. Doesn't have the guts to tell customers what he can't do. Worthless business

My daughter's car broke down in Morgantown on the way home from college in Ohio. She had just picked it up from her Ohio mechanic (an AAA shop) for a fuel pump replacement. The car made it 200 miles before the same problem occurred on I68. AAA towed it here. It turns out the other repair shop did not replace the fuel filter as instructed (and billed!), and did not repair damaged wires leading to the pump. It took some time for this shop to troubleshoot, but they got it done for a reasonable price. Excellent service. They'll remember that beat-up white retired police car for a while! Thanks, guys. :)

Towing service was excellent.I used AAA roadside service. The initial towing service that was assigned to me, called and asked if we could wait a few hours until the roads cleared up from the snow. After 4 hours of no further contact , AAA connected me with Ervin's. They were here in 20 minutes which is the best response I've ever had from a towing service. The driver did a great job getting the car on the truck and securing it. I had no issues getting it towed to the service center that I had designated.

Wouldn't take my 16 year old daughters car home. Driver told her he had to take it to the shop and check it out. She told him many times not too. The next morning I found out why. So they can charge 301 dollars for a couple mile tow. I hope if you need a hand you call somewhere else. Shady business. They were more than happy to rip me off. The best part is they couldn't even tell me why it needed to goto their lot. The one star is because it wouldn't post with zero stars

If you've ever wondered if you're living in a dystopian society, I can say with near certainty that you are. I know this based solely on my experiences with Ervin's Auto Body.If you are in an accident that is horrific enough to total your vehicle and cripple the occupants, they will tow the vehicle to their own lot, even after the vehicle's owner and a police officer told them to take it elsewhere. Are you friends with a professional garage that specializes in the type of vehicle type that was destroyed? That is irrelevant. They will tow to their own lot, so that they can make as much money from the insurance vehicle storage fees as possible.I suspect this is the only way they are able to stay in business. If and when you show up, after you've dealt with the staggering hospital bills, they will be extremely sympathetic to your circumstances and only charge you four times what competitors charge to take your vehicle to the lot that you originally requested. When finances allow you to pay their exorbitant fees, they will be unable to provide a receipt for their services. Even after explaining that you can tape a receipt to a full-sized sheet of paper to easily copy it, they will be hesitant to do so.In summary, I should have pushed the destroyed vehicle and crippled occupants to my desired destination myself. It would have been less damaging to the vehicle, my wallet, and my psyche.Thank you for your time,-Brucey

My son's car broke down and taken to this shop through AAA.They promised to install a brand new OEM wheel and charged MSRP for brand new part ($225) but they installed old OEM wheel with lots of scratches and clear coat paint peeling off all over, its value would be around $60-70 at the best. My son asked them not to charge brand new part price for used one with poor quality, however, they insisted the part was new, which was obvious lie and blamed my son. This is a matter of mutual trust. I don't recommend this shop due to this dishonesty and taking full advantage of dealing with immature college students. Parents, please beware. I will report this to AAA as most of people with broken down vehicles inn the area may not have a choice if they use AAA.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. NEVER use this towing place. They have a scam setup where they vastly overcharge you and you must pay cash. They then use this cash and give a kickback to places they tow from, mainly Metro Towers (also a scam business). They have been investigated multiple times and they have been proven to intentionally overcharge and sometimes even intentionally damage vehicles
