On 9/20/22, I paid nearly $300 for gear for football and basketball. He took payment over the phone which was cashed on 9/21. Crickets since. Order status is pending. He has completely ghosted me. I have lost count of the voicemails, text messages and emails I have sent him. He flat out refuses to talk. I am left with no other conclusion then he stole my money.

made my order its been 2 weeks not a single word on my status of my order and my check i sent to them still has not been cashed. I have called at least once a day i get no response. I feel like this place is a scam!

Not worth a star. Ownwr has $300 of my money and wont answer the phone. Ordered over 5 months ago. Nothing has showed and wont answer the phone unless you are buying. Its a scam. Dont buy here. Bank claims it too long ago to to dispute. Huge scam.

I ordered 3 basketball shirts in Nov 2021. The size was not what they had in stock but they said he would by Christmas. It has been total ghosting since then. I have called and left 8 voice mails I have sent 5 emails. No response. I paid for the shirts up front and and I am in the hole. I DO NOT recommend this company. There are many others who are more responsive, Purchase Officials is terrible. Order at your own risk.

For some reason, they have a monopoly on WVSSAC embroidered clothes. They not only up-charge significantly, they also take forever to ship and lack proper updates when you call to ask about an order. I ordered a shirt, a hat, and a pair of pants a month and a half before the season began, but did not receive the shipment until a week after the season started. When it did arrive, I was given the improper pants. In total, I have called 10 times during normal business hours and have only been able to talk to someone twice. Don’t bother leaving a message, they won’t respond. Unless required by your sport to get your embroidered clothing here, I STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere for your gear.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a hat and game book before the football season. I only received the hat and the game book said it was on back order. The season is now over and I never received the item or a refund. I have called and sent multiple emails which have all gone with no response. What a horrible way to do business. My outstanding order is only $12.99 + tax, but after seeing all the other reviews this business should be reported to the Attorney General. Do not ever buy from this company!

Visited this place in the beginning of week #1 of the football season. I had ordered and paid for a radio and an Ohio shirt (that had to be ordered because there was none in stock) plus a few other things. $270 in total. Here we are in week #4 and I have yet to receive any of the items that had to be ordered. I will be calling tomorrow to ask for my money back for said items! I have been shopping here for 6 years. I wont be shopping here any longer.
