They cannot understand a medium beef and cheddar from a regular sandwich. The drive-thru person had a 10 min conversation with her sister while I waited for my food. Terrible. The 2 stars is for getting g the fries correct.

I like Arby's sandwiches. That being said, I'll not be back to the Arby's in Flatwoods. They have advertised "2 for $6" for a long time so the counter people should be well used to the prices but nooooooo. The last two times in there they tried to charge individual prices for the sandwiches. And this last time we only got 3 sandwiches when we ordered 4. It was a take out order so we did not notice until we had left and were on the way home. When we looked at the receipt we saw that one sandwich was not even on the order so at least we were not gypped that way. But how hard is it to just listen to the customer and punch the buttons? I fault the manager for these "mistakes." They show poor training techniques and lack of pride in the job.

Stopped on our way through to PA, thinking it would be decent. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, one with cheese and one without. This was at 4:00 pm on 5/20/2020. I paid cash and the girl was changing out the receipt tape and did not offer to give me my receipt. I also ordered a medium coke. This was in Sutton, WV. They were not busy and I waited about 5 minutes. The sandwiches were cold and had no cheese on the one sandwich. The fish was old and gummy. I would have gone back, but we did not eat them till we were on our way. Was not a good experience.

As fast food goes, this was an awesome experience. Clean dining room, fresh food and extremely friendly service. Shout out to Jennifer for her excellence service and patience with our order (with 4 kids). Made for a friendly stop on our journey.

Not sure if it didn't have public bathrooms 2 years ago as the other review says, but it does now.

How ridiculous you don't have a bathroom. You Are off of rt79 and have no restroom. Got $45 in gas at go kart instead.
