Decent service and friendly staff but they close at 4:00 which is before anyone gets off work and therefore they are functionally not available 90% of the time when someone would need to use them.

If I could give this bank negative 1000 star's I would!!!!! they don't abide by contracts drawn up by thebank them selfs they robbed me and I'm disabled so they took advantage of me!!! People "BEWARE" YOU WILL BE ROBBED!!!

Worst refinance I've ever experienced. They were in a hurry to get things started but, when it came to closing they drug their feet, asking for info they already had and , a closing date that was changed Only communication was thru email. No returned phone calls and, never answered the phone. Typically you would go a month without a paymentand, that's what I was told,,,,, not so. Payments started immediately. Will I do business with this bank again ???? Absolutely not. BBB will be contacted. It's a shame, a small town bank, treating customers like a number

There is no other bank I would rather hold an account with. My fiance and I had a joint account open for over a year, and there were some errors made by both of us that caused our account to be horribly overdrafted. We of course planned to get everything cleared up as soon as we possibly could, we just had to wait on the IRS to deposit our tax refund. Milissa did everything in her power to make sure we didn't get any excess fees or penalty charges. She was amazing. So helpful. She closed out our existing account and opened a new one for us the same day our tax return was deposited. They really do work with you to make sure you don't have to pay fee after fee like other banks do. I feel extremely blessed to have Milissa and all the girls at the Summersville Branch on our side!!

Employees are rude and handle service in an inappropriate manner. Another example is I had closed out an account, a day later the bank withdrawal my account $2 for a statement fee + $36 overdraft fee even tho the account was closed out the day before.
