These people are the rudest of car dealerships that I have ever been to especially the Sales Managers. With the pandemic going on salespeople and sales managers could care less if you buy a car so they don't try to negotiate at all. There thought process is if you don't buy it someone else will. The problem with that is the pandemic and lack of cars being made will not last forever so they shouldn't burn there bridges with customers because it might just come back to bite them in butt, if you know what I mean

Came in to have a hitch installed for a bike carrier for our Rav 4. All the employees I had contact with were very courteous, friendly and professional! Special thanks to Gary who took care of it. Would highly recommend anyone needing service to use the service department there! Thanks again!

Took my Tacoma in for a frame inspection was told only the rear half of the frame wasn't covered question there response. To make sure they were just trying to bs me I called Toyota to confirm and what I was told was correct still do not agree or understand there reasoning but it is what is it. This started a case with Toyota, which was closed with out the service manager contacting me which isn't the correct procedure according to Toyota. The service manager lied in his response to the case. I was on the phone with Toyota for two hours this evening try to get answers and was assured I will get a phone call tomorrow. And but the way they left my truck unlocked all day and never once asked if I had anything missing just told me to find another dealership for all my service needs. Done with Toyota and all of the Moses Auto Group

My fiance & I walked around the lot for half an hour and no one ever came up to us or even asked us to wait. It was a Tuesday afternoon at 5p--and yes, this probably is their busiest time of day, but they have 2 or 3 lots surrounding this one that are also part of the Moses Auto group, why didn't they call & send another salesman? One guy actually parked a car & then dodged through to avoid walking past us! We were ready to buy today, so I guess they don't like making money.
