I went in to apply for a passport. There was even a "Get your passport here" poster on the wall. I got to the lady at the desk and she told me we don't do passports here. In her defense, she did send me to the South Charleston Library.

This place is laughably bad. Gone to lunch signs at 11am when they open at 9:30am. Ask a question get eye rolls and bad attitudes. This place only exist because the need to mail is so extreme. Laughably bad

Just came to this location, arriving early to the area only to walk in and find a hand written note that the clerk was gone to lunch. If there’s only one person manning the location, there should be a closed time in the availability hours, which I checked before leaving early to come do business here. ?

The gut that works here (Bruce) is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. Rarely speaks and when he does it’s something harsh. He closes during regular business hours and will refuse to open the window when you can very obviously hear him on the phone behind it. If it wasn’t the most convenient location for me, I would never go back

The guy behind the counter saw me walking through the door and approaching the counter. He pulled the metal cover down and took lunch without saying a word. I had to sit there until he finished lunch to get assistance. I only use this location when I have to now. Poor customer service.

I used to use this post office location almost everyday because I had a PO box there. Bruce was always helpful, friendly and kind. I am shocked that people would give him a negative review. I always enjoyed interacting with him.

Worst post office ever! The man that runs the place- Bruce- is the rudest postal employee ever. He never smiles, never is nice and heaven forbid you ask for a piece of tape or want a box stamped “Fragileâ€.

I have frequented this location, several times, out of convenience while shopping in that area. Only once have I had a friendly experience. The women in there look like they just ate a lemon. They never smile and barely will answer you. I think they hate their job. Slam, Bam, NO thank you Mam!! Get out!!! That's how you feel after leaving there. Lee Street is always busy, but always helpful.
