We use delivery. Mainly due to health problems. Sam's Club took my payment for delivery and goods and has yet to deliver. Over 24 hrs past the estimated delivery time, we are still waiting.Update: we received the order roughly 30 hrs past estimate.Today, Jan 30,2024 we reviewed our order on time, no issue

Nice store. Everything seemed nicely stocked and clean. really nice employee helped us load up.One issue - - only 2 cash registers open. Sorry Sams Club - I pay for customer service - not to ring myself out after I've spent much money in the store. Not a good philosophy. Wait was really long getting out the door.

Place is full of items that aren’t well quality controlled. Cases of pop routinely have multiple cans with no carbonation. This has been going on ever since covid. Redbull, 7-up, amd sunkist have all had this problem. I do not get this issue at other stores. It is like they offload the ones they know have duds with no carbonation here.

I visited the audiology department and was very happy with my experience. The audiologists were extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood all the information they gave me. I am very grateful to these kind, attentive professionals.

Shopping was fine, card reader wasn’t working and asked for help to see the problem. Stood there for about 20 mins with my pregnant wife and son. Was told that they don’t know and walked off. After 2 times of the guy saying the same thing we asked for a manager told the manager how rude the person was while he was huffing and puffing at us sarcastically.

My Mother was treated so badly yesterday but the lady at the door. The time was around 12:30. Mother was not aware of the going out the wrong way. The lady at the door started screaming and yelling at her in front of other customers and she was so upset as well as embarrassed. She wasn’t able to see her name tag but she did call the store today and spoke to customer service and was told the matter would be taken care of and I doubt it. My Mother is 84 years old and to be treated in the manner is just ridiculous. I did try to call the store today and ask for a member of management but no one answered. Sams you really need to talk with your employees about the situation.

Great to stock up for anything! Staff is always kind and helpful. Close to Interstate \\u0026 offers Gas for members. Close to restaurants \\u0026 movie theatre. Tastings are typically throughout the day. Fresh Sushi all day every day. Great Proteins and veggies/fruits. Dairy walk-in cooler. Plenty of self check outs. TV’s at super prices. Close to interstate.

Horrible customer service. The cashier didn't scan many of the items in my cart only to have them pulled out at door. Customer should not be asked to stand in line twice to fix your useless cashiers mistake. DO BETTER.

They have great prices and plenty of product. The check out is easy enough and the associates are friendly! My goodness is it busy. Watch it for people, they tend to push you around because they rule the world! Always have an attitude of gratitude and remain humble!
