We use delivery. Mainly due to health problems. Sam's Club took my payment for delivery and goods and has yet to deliver. Over 24 hrs past the estimated delivery time, we are still waiting.Update: we received the order roughly 30 hrs past estimate.Today, Jan 30,2024 we reviewed our order on time, no issue

Nice store. Everything seemed nicely stocked and clean. really nice employee helped us load up.One issue - - only 2 cash registers open. Sorry Sams Club - I pay for customer service - not to ring myself out after I've spent much money in the store. Not a good philosophy. Wait was really long getting out the door.

I visited the audiology department and was very happy with my experience. The audiologists were extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood all the information they gave me. I am very grateful to these kind, attentive professionals.
