I had an amazing experience at this location while buying a suit. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my suit before I left. Although I don’t remember her name, her excellent service made the shopping experience outstanding. Highly recommend this place for its top-notch customer service.

Was Greeted immediately when I came through the door. The sales ladies were really polite. The store was clean. I picked up my order and a few other items and left. The entire experience was excellent!

I had an excellent shopping experience at Casual Male (which is transitioning to DXL by the end of the month) over the weekend at the RHL Boulevard, South Charleston location.The store had a wide selection of pants, shirts, shorts and swim apparel I needed and was looking for. The clothes came in a variety of colors and styles giving me a wide range to choose from.Additionally, the staff was exceptionally helpful in locating what I needed and pointing out racks of sale items at 30% off that I might be interested in.In addition to the clothes, I also purchased boxers, house shoes and summer sandals.At the end of the day I was extremely satisfied with both the products I selected and my conversation with the two staff members (store manager and sales associate) assisting me with the process.I've shopped at this location for a long time and will certainly continue to do so as it transitions into a new name which could mean important changes in the selection of merchandise brands it offers.
