Just had the worst customer experience here. Wanted to buy a $38 item and took it to the register. Guy says there is some problem with the mouse and asked if I could pay with cash. I did not have enough cash and asked if there was a way to figure out how to pay with my card. Acting frustrated, he said, "do you want me to open the other register to see if I can get that one to work?" I replied, "Sure, if you want to sell me this item then yes." He said, "Well, it's not a $450 ski jacket or anything." I replied, " Ok, If it's not worth your time to sell it to me, then never mind." He said, "It's not my time, it's Snowshoe's time." So, I left the item on the counter and walked out. The place was dead, no other customers in the store. Couldn't believe he didn't want to make a sale, even if it "wasn't a $450 ski jacket". The correct way for him to respond to this situation would be, "Oh I'm sorry, we're having trouble with our computer. Do you mind following me over to our other register so I can take care of you over there?"
