Fri before labor day, our van overheated. We were on 77 north. Traveling to PA. Made it to DDD and they worked us in. Changed the water pump and serpentine belt. Back on the road in 2 hrs. Very nice and professional. The price was reasonable. Thanks for saving our bacon. We thought we were going to be stranded. Thank you all!

Doug is a great man and will help you in time of need. Although many take his kindness for granted. He has never refused a job for me and even helped me when short of money. He does tremendous good Job and I've never had an issue I've had to go back to him about. GREAT MECHANICS! Only downfall Liz is no longer there. SHE WAS AWESOME N POLITE!!

Took my car there to have a oil leak fixed and the leak was not bad , when I got it back the next day the leaks was worse than before I took it to this place , and they charged me almost 400 dollars , now you tell me how this happens , but then was sopose to look for a part and never even called back smh ? so this is a no for me 1 star is all I’m giving sorry guys but you proved to be on my one star ⭐️,

We were traveling and our truck broke down on the highway. The tow truck driver recommended this business. He started working right away on the problem & didn’t fleece us either. We then had a problem paying because we didn’t have the actual card. They were so kind because we were frazzled for sure. We ended up getting a hotel then returning the next day. The only thing I wish is that he lived by me so we could use him at home

Was having issue with my car not starting, took it here let the mechanic know I had tested the battery it was good holding 12V and no bad cells.. After a week in a half of waiting he calls me saying he found the problem stating it was the battery, took his word & he charged me over $600 which I thought was ridiculous… but I paid anyway next day the car breaks down, I let him know he says he couldn’t give me a discount or fix the problem without me paying whatever the total came out to. Safe to say I won’t be returning here!!

I recently had an unexpected breakdown on the side of interstate 77 as we traveled from Tennessee to a doctor's appointment in West Virginia. Everyone involved was exceedingly kind, courteous and expedidiant. Best service experience in over25 years!!!!

Do not take your vehicle here. They will rip you off and lie to you. I've paid over 3000. For nothing. It still wasn't fixed. Doug and the secretary are very rude. Very disrespectful. They never even offered me any money back. So I have no vehicle now. They do not care about how they treat people and obviously never learned anything about being a mechanic.
