Took my 4Runner for its oil change, and my low tire light was on, and had been on since the previous oil change. The first time i mentioned it, they said they would look at it, and then expressed to me and my husband they had checked it out, put air in it and it was fine. When we got in the car to leave, the light was still on, but after setting there for about 2 hours i just wanted to go home. So fast forward to July 2nd, going in for an oil change, for the second time my husband expressed to them the light was still on and showing the spare was low. This time they came out and told us the sensor must be bad and we would have to purchase a new one, and that our extended warranty would not cover it. He said the spare has a different kind of sensor, plastic. And he would call Toyota and see if they could get it covered. On the way home, i told my husband i would check it myself. Now i’m a 65 year old female, and can do some car things. So we pulled it in the garage, i got under it with the air hose, put about 5 lbs of air in and guess what????? The light went off. Imagine my surprise. So long story short, if they tell you theres a problem get a second opinion. And how many times has this happened and the person just says “OK” and they are charged for a sensor or two, and all they do is air it up!!! Now i wonder if the filter from under the dash was even dirty! Or do they keep a few of those laying around to make it look real!! Should have gotten a Subaru like my gut told me!!!

Recently took my car in for an oil change. They recommended I have the brakes and rotors changed. I agree and paid to have the work done. After a couple weeks I was concerned with a noise coming from the rear wheel. They tell me they no longer honor any of Hyundai work. Again it has only been a few weeks since they took my money and apparently subbed out the work on my car. They ultimatly agreed to take a look. They didn't fix anything and charged me 150.00 diagnostic fee. When questioned they informed me if I was driving a toyota there would be no charge. They also told me I should go to Astorg from now on. I have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore. Shame on your lousy customer service.

I am 100% impressed with the no hassle experience I had at this dealership. Janelle is OUTSTANDING and so awesome. I drove their cars for two days and really hoped to purchase from them. I have dealt with Superior Toyota for over 25 yrs.In February my car was hit while parked and Superior Toyota body shop fixed it. They did an excellent repair job!
