Parkersburg is my hometown but I haven't lived there for 14 years. I was trying to find info about my Hyundai Palisade that I knew I would feel more confident about if I could just talk to someone in a service department. I currently live in SC and our Hyundai service departments are rude and are seriously lacking in customer service. I decided on a whim to call a Hyundai service department back home and just as I thought, I was well taken care of! I believe the gentleman I talked to was Chris. Sir, thank you for all your help!

Kyle did an amazing job helping me! I was on an 8 hour road trip got stranded on the side of the road and towed to the nearest dealership that happened to be this one. My 2022 Santa Fe needed a whole new motor and he was able to get it covered by warranty at no cost to me and even took care of all of the recalls on the vehicle. Highly recommend!

Flexible with my schedule. Last minute changes after I set up appointment. Had to drop off my car early. They made me feel welcome. Kyle was awesome!! Helped me solve my problems with vehicle.

I’ve been here few times with different vehicles for routine maintenance and one small electronic issue. Kyle and the team have been incredibly great to work with and service has been quick. Even when we had to order a replacement part, the part came quick and scheduled an appointment soon after. I will be continuing to work with the team at Astorg Hyundai!

In all my years of living, this has been my best experience in customer service and honestly, life. I recently found myself with car trouble and needed to find a lease immediately. I decided to stop at one of the Astorg dealerships and I am so HAPPY that I did that.
I first met Logan who was nothing but kind and helpful. He understood that this was my first time leasing and he was very patient in trying to answer all of my questions (which he did AMAZINGLY). He was available before, during, and after his scheduled hours and made it a point to keep me updated during the whole process. Every single person who works in the position that he does needs to take tips on how to be just like him.
I then met Pat and Justin who were just as awesome. Both of them made an effort to get this done for me as soon as they possibly could. I have never felt more comfortable to ask questions, make conversation, and found myself to be in an environment that I actually enjoyed (especially when things like this can be long and stressful).
Everybody was so incredibly kind. The 3 of them made such an effort to advocate for me and I definitely will be coming back to them or recommending them to friends and family. I have never felt so at ease during such a stressful time in my life and I will forever be grateful to Logan, Pat, and Justin. Thanks guys!!! :)

They offered me an excellent price on my new car and weren’t pushy on any add ons. The process was smooth and entirely hassle-free, a testament to their efficient and knowledgeable staff.
They went above and beyond by picking me up from the airport to make my visit as convenient as possible. Kyle handled my service needs for my Santa Fe, and was great. Communication was excellent, repairs were ordered and completed quickly, and the process was hassle free. He even met me outside with paperwork and key as I arrived for pickup. Very happy with my service experience.

Great Service Department, in and out quick less than 45 minutes for oil change, cabin filter, and air filter all at a reasonable price!
