Customer Service is horrible now, when you show up with any questions/concerns the responses are “I don’t know” or “I can’t” and they expect you to leave. Plus, it seems no one is on the same page.

Woodforest national bank is an amazing bank i have been with them for over 10-15 years ish . And I love them . There so helpful when in need and if u have questions they always resolve the issues or questions being asked . Will never switch banks ever.

I would give negative stars if I could, I finally got my water settlement check today, my mother is my payee for my SSI checks. When mom first opened the account, they refused to put my name on the account, but my SSI checks were direct deposited into that account. Today, I went to the bank with my check. Even with my ID, they refused to allow me to deposit my check into that account because my name was not on the account. They were rude and disrespectful to me and my mother when she arrived at thee bank. Because of this problem, we have now change banks. Do not trust these people with your money!

I honestly enjoy going to my bank! The people are very kind and 9 titimes out of 10 have a smile on their faces. They have helped my family get back on track with our banking needs when no-one else would. Thank you Woodforrest for caring!
