Don't buy alcohol here. I am 59 years old and I was carded to buy beer. I showed my ID, the old cashier claimed she couldn't see my birthday, I took it out my wallet and she attempted to scan it. I asked if scanning was required to buy beer. She said scanning is required. I canceled the purchase. I will not be stopping here anymore.

Always disorganized when you walk in there and for a white town it often seems like Africa. Its like getting gas in the ghetto...as if the ghettos aren't bad enough now we have to be uneasy about getting gas in Newell.
