I rented a unit online. When I went to move into my unit, I was unable to open it. The latch was damaged, and it would not open. I tried to call, but it goes to a full mailbox, so I wasn’t able to leave a message. They also did not reply to any emails. Do not recommend, look elsewhere.

Couldn't tell you how these storage units are. I can't even get one. I have been down there 5 times. Once to check it out. the other 4 to try and rent a space. You absolutely can't get a hold of anyone. The person never calls your back. I don't know what the previous reviewer did to get a hold of someone, but it just doesn't happen. twice the self service kiosk was down and twice I tried to call for more info and couldn't get anybody. I left 4 messages with no returned call over almost 2 weeks. Edit: I ended up trying to get a unit here through their Kiosk. Everything went ok until I was supposed to get a lock for my unit that it allowed me to pick out. I didn't get one and when I pushed the button to talk to someone you couldn't hear them over the fan. I had to yell and put my ear against the speaker just to hear her. Oh and I had to go through 4 people because I kept getting cut off. Finally the girl told me the reason I didn't get a lock is because there weren't any units available even though it let me pick out one of two empty ones.. Now I have to wait for the manager to never call me back and I need a storage unit now.. update: The manager has yet to call me back. I had to scramble and find other smaller storage sheds to use. I called the credit card and stopped payment and I am filling these reviews out everywhere I can find so that other people will know not to use this scam of a business.

The Owner was amazing - The gate wouldn't work for me (I think I was pressing the keys wrong) but he even drove over and showed me how everything worked. He had a guy named Eric who was just amazing. This guy helped me unload almost all my stuf before he had to leave. I give this a 10+!
