I’ve consistently always had fantastic service here. Staff is friendly and efficient. You can get PO Boxes here as well. Shipping is never an issue here and staff is always very willing to help if needed.

AAA ++++ I have been sending mail and packages from here for years, always reasonably priced, fast, friendly service, thoroughly answers questions, he takes his time, makes sure package is secure and labeled correctly.

Horrible place, would not recommend, he is a smartie pants and speaks rudely, won’t even give time to explain. Even though he is cheap it’s not worth the rudeness. Take your time and money else where.

The website states this store is open until noon on Saturday's. The hours posted on their door are Saturday 9-12n. Today I arrived at 11:40 to find the door locked. Very disappointing. I hope that the person who decides to close early had a true emergency. It is next to impossible for me take care of shipping business during the week because of my work hours, so I am at the mercy of brief windows of opportunity on Saturday mornings. I like to support local businesses, but this kind of poorly reliable activity means I am not likely to make another attempt to support this one.

Very friendly and helpful I had an appointment set for 11am and couldnt make it till 3 because of work they still let me come in and get my finger prints for a Govt job im applying for they had me in and out in no time and they get 20 stars from me!

I’d heard good things about this place, but I went to send a certified letter and the guy working was very condescending and was not helpful. I really wanted tracking for the letter I was sending and he disregarded it. The interaction made me feel so awkward and d*** that I didn’t bring it up again. I just felt like he was wanting me to leave as quickly as possible. I’m sure when another employee is working that the service is much better, but my experience was not great.

The guy that runs this store is super helpful and nice. He doesn't offer all of the services that I need, so I usually call ahead to confirm he can do what I need, but I love using him when I can!

5/11/21 at 1pm. Dude was having a bad day or something but was so unprofessional and rude to me, arguing with me when i was being polite, he took my unpacked UPS package and told me to leave, wouldn’t confirm if he would process it, and wouldn’t let me purchase a box because i asked a question. I had to go to another UPS location.
