They had exactly what I needed. The store was clean, everything was folded neatly and easy to find. It was really nice to be able to run in grab what I wanted and get out. The cashier helpfully gave me a coupon that I didn't have.

The store was fine but the staff was very unhelpful and could care less about customer service. One lady in particular (not sure of her name - hair in a bun, white sweatshirt?) was very rude and should not work in customer service. The reverse happened on the Sephora side. It was messy and the staff was pushy and frankly annoying. The Clarksburg location is much better.

I really appreciated the great customer service I received at the Morgantown Kohl’s. I had left my card in my other handbag and Tam Tam , the cashier, solved my problem and was so very pleasant.

This store is smaller than the one at home, however, that doesn't mean that it's bad. The store is very clean and the staff are friendly, especially Autumn. I have gone to this store multiple times and I have never had an issue.

They are now a return location for Amazon purchases. Very convenient for me and at the end of the return process they gave me a 20% off coupon for Kohl's. Win Win!

Associates were friendly and helpful in finding the items I was looking for. The store was open at 9:00 am which I like because I like to get my shopping done early.

With Sephora taking up an entire wall of this store, the rest of the store felt unorganized and crammed. The selections for each department were small and everything felt really squished and on top of each other. The employees were very nice and the store was clean. But the way this brand new Kohls was designed and laid out is rough.

Miss Brooklyn H is THE employee you want helping you. She helped me find what I was looking for, helped make decisions, and even helped with remarks as I asked her to critique the look. Fantastic store, fantastic customer service, CLEAN, these people care. But my GURLL Brooklyn H deserves a fat raise.

Clean store, but very disappointed with offerings in Women's Plus department. Very few racks/tables/dresses, and what was available was mixed in with women's racks, which covers a large part of the floor plan. Was excited to have brick and mortar store locally, but will have to continue to shop online. Really disappointed.
