Nice Storage facilities. I have never been inside any of the buildings, but we have used the open lot for storage in the past. No issues, gated lots with keycode entry. Plus the owners kept us well informed via email and phone when upgrades to the facility where made.

All they care about is your money! Getting a unit, no problem. Getting out of one, a nightmare. Impossible to contact if they know you want out.

Absolute worst management in business history! You can never reach anyone on the phone or via email. Try calling and you'll see that the number in this listing has been disconnected. Who does this? The management doesn't properly manage the ingress to the units and the access road is riddled with potholes and very poor drainage. There is no caretaker looking after the units. It's very unsecure and I've seen lots of shady things going on inside the premises, multiple times. The auxiliary trailer and RV lot is totally unsecured and there have been multiple acts of vandalism and thievery due to the fact that it's wide open with no fence or security gate. In our contract it states that the lot will be secure and fenced. It's clearly not! In fact, the other day I took my trailer out of the lot and park my daily driver in its place. When I got back to town three days later my truck was not there. I come to find out after calling the police and every local towing company, that it was illegally towed. It Cost me $424 to retrieve it and the management will not even return my calls or emails to discuss the situation. There are so many other storage units around town that are much more user-friendly and secure for your belongings. I highly recommend staying away from this business. Oh... I almost forgot... Last year after returning to town I went to access my storage unit. They changed the gate code and did not inform the tenants. After four days of calling and emailing the management they finally got back to me to give me the new code. It was such a hardship, and I had to rent a vehicle to use because I could not get mine out of storage. That fiasco cost me $217. I am done with this company and there inexcusable management practices.
