Lou is the epitome of unprofessionalism and ignorance. This place is awful and so is he for shutting the glass door in my face and saying he was going to keep my car while I was expressing my concerns on my car being towed from MY spot. This place is absolute trash.

Had a single tire put on, and when I got home, I noticed it was put on wrong because it was a directional tire. So I called few days later around 10am when I was in town for work and was told it wouldn't be a problem and to bring it in when I got off work and they would fix it. When I got there, I checked in with the office and was told that the guys in the shop were aware of the situation and to let the guys know that I was there. I was told by one guy in the shop it would be a good while before they got to it (with a bit of an attitude). They did not seem busy, they were just standing around a vehicle they had just brought in talking. So I just left.
I feel if you mess something up like that, that you would want to fix it immediately.

These people are so incredibly ignorant and incompetent, they didn’t even give me a warning or anything before towing my car WHICH YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO BTW!! (They really had me thinking my car was stolen since I was not informed.) They targeted my car, out of all the other cars in the lot without permits (which I was told I could park there as a guest which apparently isn’t true!!)

Very quick to respond when I locked my keys in my car. Operator and driver both were kind and professional. Cost to unlock my car was very very reasonable. If need be, I’ll definitely call them again

AAA should definitely reconsider contracting with this company. Never showed up and then claimed “they picked up the vehicle” which we were still sitting in it! Anything for a paycheck!? Obviously by the other reviews, the lack of professionalism is consistent.

Asked for a quick diagnostic. ended up paying them 50$ for them to tell me to take it to bmw?. i know i am stupid, but what can u do when its 3v1? Very bad people! oh! to be broke and charge young students for absolutely 0 service! lol, stay far away from those money grabbin pieces of meat. they mama didnt raise em well.

One of the worst companies in Morgantown I would never use them to tow a bicycle two cheap to fix anything got some of the junkiest trucks in Morgantown if it wasn't from AAA and praying on college students this company wouldn't even be in business their motto is with their tow trucks if it's not broke don't fix it and if it is broke driving till it breaks more

This is the laziest towing company I’ve ever dealt with. My car was in plain sight on the side of the interstate and instead of the driver doing their job, they rode past the car and said they didn’t see it. They also said they called multiple times, but they never did. They even confirmed my phone number to be correct and proceeded to lie and say they called. Do not waste time or money dealing with this company.

Canadians stuck at WV welcome centre when car stopped running.
AAA sent them. Driver was awesome, and helped us to repack the trunk after we had to empty it out to get tow hook out if storage area, when we said don’t help, he said “it is my job to help”.
Arrived promptly, was very likeable, towed us to dealership close by. Stopped dead by squirrel filling up throttle body with chewed up air filter?. Erwin’s saved our vacation on day 1, many thanks. Driver was just awesome.

Very rude and poor customer service. we were told 47 minutes. They never updated us after 2 hours I called them they went on another call and said it would be another hour. They had no regard fir my daughter and I being stranded in the rain. They deserve no stars
