Giving this branch 2 stars just because they used to be more courteous. Not nowadays, unless it’s just the teller who is serving as a representative barricade to speaking with the bank manager.I called about an NSF fee that occurred the day after I checked my bank app and had plenty of money to approve an account transfer. The day the NSF fee resulted, it showed that roughly only $60 worth of charges were pending.I called to discuss this occurrence, and the teller boldly told me there’s “nothing she can do, it’s up to the bank manager. The bank has become stricter” and said I that it was my “fault and not the bank’s.” I didn’t even have an opportunity to be transferred to the manager. Very poor customer service.

Not the best hours, but the staff here are excellent. I go here every week for the last 3 years and have never had an issue. They always help with any questions or problems. And of course there is no atm, all the local drug addicts would drag that thing off the same day they install it.

Hard to believe there are absolutely no reviews here on this branch. The ladies are very pleasant and I have had no issues with dealing with this bank. I would suggest that if you are looking for a bank...this is the one to go to!
