Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be given the wrong order. Tried to call the store to rectify the situation only to get hung up on three times. Leaving one star because the lady at the window was nice. Definitely not satisfied and want my money back.

This location must not implement any quality checks before giving out orders. Several times I have not received food/drinks that I've ordered whether it's from store pick up or door dash. Tonight I door dashed something as simple as a gallon of milk and for some reason I was brought chocolate milk. Thank God for my dasher who was willing to run back to the store to correct an order that should have been correct to begin with.

This is the best store!!!! Everyone is so nice that works there. If they mess up your order they will replace it with no problem. Wish I could rate them more than 5 stars!!!!! ♥️

Tonight 06/24/2024 at the Edwin Miller Blvd location, I ordered a MTO Burger. We waited an hour just to be told they didn’t have burgers. We then asked if we could get it chicken instead. They said okay. Waited another 30 minutes only to find out they never even made the order! When I finally got the chicken sandwich it was spicy not regular! Night shift needs retrained on communication! I’m pregnant and spicy foods give me heartburn. Horrible experience!

Inconsistent team. No rhythm to their workflow. Rude employees besides like three of them. I have been avoiding this location and almost all other Sheetz unless I absolutely have to use them for something (usually a restroom, but not at the Edwin miller location) This particular store is unprofessional and I do not like the atmosphere or the service provided. If I were you, I'd go to the apple harvest location or to tabler station. It is an absolute joke. My experience THIS time is that they handed my order out to the wrong people and now I have to stand here and wait for them, and I guarantee once the order comes out, it will be wrong. They do not know how to prepare food and hand it out accordingly. Abbhorable service. This will be my last visit and I'm sure they're happy about that, as am I.

I love Sheetz, and I very often go here to grab breakfast on the way to work. It’s great but the drive through here is always so incredibly long of a wait, 30-40 minutes of waiting sometimes! In the rush to get to work I forget the long wait times and use the drive through thinking it’ll be faster than going in and I regret it every time. If going to this Sheetz ALWAYS go inside!

new to this area, bells going off in food prep area for 10min, 3 employees, 1 flirting with her BF, 1 on her phone, other stocking shelves 30 min later I got my food, my 2 drinks tea drinks from cooler now warm.

Edwin Miller Blvd in Martinsburg wv...lady named kymm does not know how to listen to orders...took over 20 mins to get a drink she had to make three times to get it right . And still did not make it right. When I asked for corporate or managers number Noone seem to know nothing...not good for business.
