Currently sitting here watching my fiancé daughter get her nails done, Yes there is 3 different colors.. Yes it's different, but isn't that your Job to do what we ask to your best ability, I guess not. The worker was upset because she asked for so much. That's why they only have TWO stars. tired of getting my nail beds tore up every other week. Really need to call someone about the way they cut your fingers up.. I'm the last person to ever say anything about a business, but when they literally laugh in a little girls face when she wants what she wants, and we are paying for them, yeah ima say something. I will NEVER come back here. Customer service is also. JUST DRIVE THE EXTRA 35 MINUTES TO "DONS" IN BEAVER!

I got a gift certificate for my birthday from my amazing hubby! He knew I would never go and do it myself so he gave me no choice! I’m a CNA so I have to keep them short and clean. I think Kadie was the sweet girl that greeted me. I had no idea what I was doing there, I have no “salon etiquette” so I felt a little out of place?♀️ I looked for days on Pinterest for a short nail manicure. I wanted something colorful alien, weird and odd like me. She suggested we do dip and she picked the colors I agreed on! Hot pink with a neon green alien accent! I will be coming back in the near future for another manicure and possibly a waxing too. My pedicure wasn’t the best unfortunately. I felt like the girl I believe her name was Helen? She was rude with me and an old childhood friend of mine that was getting her pedi first warned me before I sat down. I’m uncomfortable with my feet being touched anyways and they were horrid I should of been charged double? I wanted a cute mandala flower on my toes but just wanted to get it over with so I picked quick to get done!

What I got vs what I asked for. I think she did a very good job on my manicure. She did cut the fire out of me and laughed when I said owe ?? that wasn’t THAT bad though. However, my pedicure was a different woman than the one who did my manicure, it was absolutely terrible. I went with a friend, and I was seated after her, yet somehow was done, and told to get up before the other lady was done even rubbing my friends feet. ?? my pedicure was done by an older lady, and she was rushing through the whole process, and literally closed her eyes the entire time, which was fine, just strange.. she didn’t even wait until I was done getting my pedicure before emptying the tub and pulling off the cover.. I also have a black spot on my toe from a year ago when my dog ran over top of it and it still hasn’t gone away. Mind you I have been to several places in the past year where punting over it hasn’t been an issue, but she painted 2 coats and it was still very noticeable through the paint job.. normally if one sees this, the automatically paint another coat and get it right, this lady did not care at all. I felt bad for even asking her to paint it a little more, but I knew they were going to charge full price so I definitely wanted to be satisfied. It’s still visible, but I was just ready to go. They ended my experience with a very good manicure so I do want to give at least 3 stars! ⭐️

Over charged for poor quality and rude service. The staff rushes through every job. I left with spots bleeding on my fingers. Will never go back.

I get my nails done here, usually happy with the results. Today had a pedi, and the rudest person I had to get! Hurried the whole process! Nails maybe again, but go else where for a pedicure !!!

Like something out of a horror story. I went in to get a nail fixed. What I got was a trip to the ER and a mangled finger. "Katie", as she calls herself, was so busy texting that she cut through the fake nail, tore off the natural nail, and removed a portion of my finger. When I cried out as blood poured from my finger, she laughed. When I asked for help, she refused. When I mentioned calling the police, she shoved me and my husband out the door. Beware of this place. It is unbelievable that a manicure put me in the ER.

Everything was great, i come here to get my nails done everytime they need a fill. Sometimes I wait wayyy longer than I should and they don't lift what so ever. Great place i recommend for anyone

I was told to go here by several friends that I entrust over a salon that I had been using for a couple of years who helped me by doing pedicures because I couldn't bend down with my osteoarthritis, that's bilateral. The place that I had gone to is relatively expensive. And when I went to LJ Nails, I was open to a whole new world. I have always been a nail biter and I also bite the skin around with my severe anxiety. I was able to not only try the pedicure servic first, which was exceptional due to their sanitation and sterilization, that is my biggest part of any salon that I would ever go to and had a dip manicure, with some extentions to make my natural nails even. To be fair, I will let you know that I was not satisfied with the shape of my nails, the first time I had gone from my fingers and kept telling amd reminding him, I don't want the shape to be bubble like. I wanted a natural shape as I have tiny nail beds and he kept going with the bubble shape. Regardless of this, he did do an outstanding job by taking this time with me an regardless of the end shape, I appreciate his effort. My friend and I returned together for the second trip to Lj Nails, Where I had a pedicure that I am satisfied with from Hanna again, In this time I waited for Katie for my fingernail dip fill. During this visit, I was able to sit In the massage chair while I was awaiting her opening, and had already put on the gel dip remover from Katie. She knew exactly what I was looking for to have done to my nails, analyzed them and said she would be able to do them. She is pleasant, calm, relaxing, like my pedicurist Hannah and the gentalman who did my first dip manicure. However, Katie, delivered exactly what I saw in my mind for my nails and I was beyond heart happy, genuinely happy to see the final results of my fingernails.It was better than I could have imagined❣️ That is the best nail service I've ever had in my entire life from Katie. If you are looking for sanitization and sterilization, along with a comfortable environment, with skilled nail technicians, I would go see Katie for your fingernails and Hannah for the pedicure. They're way more relatively affordable than the other salons here, extremely skilled and howevever busy they are, They take their time with you...Services: Acrylic nails

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in for a pedi. Told her they were a little too long. (She had to use acrylic because my toe nails were very short). She wouldn't file them down. She was also very rough with the drill. By the time I got home, the majority were broken and lifting. From what I'm reading, I'm not sure I even want to go back and try to get them fixed. I feel like for what I paid, it should have been done correctly.

Stay away from this place! They don’t clean the baths very well, my friend went in within a matter of hours, contracted a disease she’s on antibiotics for. They speak in their language the whole time you’re there and make you feel very uncomfortable. There is absolutely nothing relaxing about this place.
