I don't remember the guys name that was working there yesterday when I went to pawn my flip phone and TV he was a nice and polite guy but something seriously got messed up so when I went to pawn the stuff I told him I'd be back today to get the phone and back Wednesday to get the TV and I literally went back to get my phone he said I would half to pay and get the TV out too if I wanted to get my phone out after I done told him the day I was pay for it that I'd get the phone out today and the TV out Wednesday and he didn't say anything to me about it then until today which kinda made everything a little harder on me and stuff so there was a slight miss understanding between the both of us I guess but still a good working just next time it's probably better if you let someone know what's going on for future reference thanks ?

Rude. Wouldn’t offer me even 60 bucks for a brand new iPhone that’s selling for over $1100. Waste of time and gas. Condescending, like they judge you. Just sell it yourself.

Best pawn shop in the Tristate area in my honest opinion. They're one of the few that actually call you when your pawn is due for pickup/interest. And if you need a small amount of extra time they are willing towork with you. On top of all of this, they're super friendly, polite, and professional!

I have been going to kenova pawn for many years now love the place no where better to go Carl is always a joy to talk to so kind and helpful always greated with a smile and kind hello... only ever seen owner once or twice I honestly thought Carl owned and operated the place... but just runs it pretty much if he is only one gonna be working think the owner could atleast give him a raise he defiently deserves it!
