Very well stocked with everything sports! Staff is friendly and stayed busy sticking and such. Camping gear-golf-hunting-all apparel for all ages! Close to the interstate and eateries. Lots of parking! Near more shopping and the DMV. Super convenient and near gasoline.

I usually don't take the time to leave a review but what happened to me at Teays Valley Dunham's today is unacceptable. My daughter and I bought a pair of under armor shorts there on Wednesday before she left for college, because they no longer sell nike. They did not fit her so, I called Dunham's to make sure I was able to return them. The tags were still on and they said they could refund the money or put it on a gift card. Once I arrive there they scan the shorts and now they're on clearance for $18 Wednesday August 14th when they were bought they were NOT on clearance. So instead of giving me back what I paid and I also showed them my bank statement of how much they took out, they REFUSED to give me the price that I paid and instead gave me the $17 discounted price since they were "now on sale" starting today. I don't understand how it's possible I can pay 30 some dollars for a pair of shorts Wednesday take them back Friday with all of my information and them ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to give me what I paid for them.. This place is absolutely ridiculous, the amount of money I spend there for myself and my children, I should have been treated with a lot more respect than I was. That is the last time I will step foot inside any Dunham's sports store.

Was there Sunday the 11th of August 2024. Why do you even have a business open when you only have 3 people working? Wanting to purchase something in the hunting area. The person didn’t know anything about the guns at all. Maybe she could have looked it up on the computer to see if they even had it. The item was on sale in the ad. Looked to me all she wanted to do was socialize up front. Also I called the phone number for the store and the woman hung up on me when I asked for help at the counter. We were there at least 30 minutes trying to see if they even had the items that we were looking for. This is so sad.

Their website said they had the boots I wanted in my size 13w, but when I went in to buy them they were nowhere to be found. I needed them that day, so ordering them wasn't an option. Staff were very kind and helpful though. DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE.
