My luck with tires hasn't been very good but C Adam Toney Tire Pros have been amazingly nice about it..... they also taught me the reason for getting a warranty on all your tires. If I could give them 0 stars I would with how poorly I was treated this morning by their front desk worker. Called them the day before at 8:27 am precisely and talked to a very kind gentleman on the phone. Was wanting to get the inspection sticker changed on my grandmother’s car for her because she is handicapped and it is difficult for her to go out and do basic things for herself. Guy on the phone tells me they can make me an appointment at 8 am the next day. Keep in mind, I had no idea they don’t make appointments, so I’m obviously going to listen to the worker. Come in the following morning for my appointment the worker had made for me, and an older gentleman working the front desk was so rude to me and trying his best to make it clear they don’t make appointments. Instead of being mad at his worker who made me the appointment, he took it out on me the customer. I told him I called their number the morning before and read it off to him. Told me that was another office’s number. Double checked myself and it was the Teays Valley office. Still told me I was wrong. Thank goodness my grandma’s insurance card was expired and we didn’t have to give them a dime. Got in the car, pulled the number up I had called the morning before. The dude that was so rude to me answers the phone and I ask if this is the Hurricane location and he says yes. Thanks for confirming to me that I wasn’t an idiot you were trying to make me out to be and feel. If a mistake is made, take it up with the worker who made it, not the paying customer.

They do decent work. But they are often so busy they customer service suffers severely. I had a checkup/oil change with state inspection. After the whole day they call me back saying its done. Well they forgot to do the state inspection. They tell me to being back in the morning and they would prioritize me since it was simple and they missed it. Following day I drop it off at opening (7am) and stick around an hour. I ask how much longer and am told it would be at least another hour. So I leave to get some work done. I hear nothing all day long. Call at 5pm. At close and they don't know what happened and why it took that long and no one called. Wastes two days and not even a simple "Sorry about that". It's convenient to my home but I'll be looking elsewhere

When it comes to friendly and fair service, it's hard to be C Adam Toney. I always feel like I'm appreciated and they will help you out even when it's not their problem to fix. While I go to my dealership for repairs, this is the only place I go to for tires. Just be honest with your budget and your needs and they'll find the right tire for you.

3 hours waiting for them to start my state inspection and tire rotation!!! Reading another review on here about no wv state law saying to reject a state inspection due to age of tire... a few years back they told me that, and dummy me not knowing any better purchase over $1k in New tires, even though the tread was good. ps.. they also over inflate your tires. This is my last time here!!
