Military members: they don't offer discounts here. Read below. Went here last Saturday. We had called in advance to ask for if you had a Dometic 320 toliet. We were told yes. After a 40 minute drive, the parts guy told us no don't have that model??? He said another staff member mislead us and we should have talked to him. Huh? How were we to know the co worker was wrong. Then the parts guy tried to talk us out of our decision to buy the 310 model. We knew from online forums and YouTube Videos that the Dometic would fit in our Solitude. When we were checking out my husband asked the same clerk, do you offer a military discount? Hubby served/retired w 39 years and proof of service, the clerk said "No we don't offer a discount because Biden is in office" ok we are ok if the store policy is not offer offer discounts, but to blame Biden...how did he know or not know Biden stopped all military discounts? It was a bizarre answer.

We had an issue with our RV while heading from IL to VA. They fit us in their busy schedule, met us in the parking lot, corrected the issue, and got us back on the road. Very kind people. We would use them for our RV needs if we were local.

We were traveling in the area and had gone without water in our rv for 3 weeks. I went in and the service I received was absolutely fantastic. The Owner, Tech, and Counter people were friendly and went beyond to help me while I waited there with my dogs outside. I wish this shop was in my home state. Thank You

Burdette Camping Center is hands down the best RV dealer in the Mountaineer State. Jimmy Dean is very knowledgeable of the RVs he sells. Service has never let me down, and Parts always have the items I need. Thank you Burdette Camping Center. I will definitely be back!

Just stop by to look at a camper or several... Supposed to be open at 9:00... 10 after in gate still locked and not a soul in sight... Plenty of bad reviews already... I'll not be buying anything there.. multiple phone calls no answer... Poor salesmanship equals poor service every time!Edit: Just rechecked your website again... On the third time searching, I found it on the homepage on a blinking banner and letters. So small of it. You can't see them and especially not only having 5 seconds to read it before it switches to something else... Not only that, but no signs out front saying that you're closed until January the 2nd and no telephone prompt when I called three times... On my way to another dealership now... Good luck in your future prospects

Called to order a RV refrigerator and wanted to ask 2 questions about installation. They would not let me talk to or schedule a time to talk to a technician to answer my question. Do not recommend Burdette Camping Center for parts or assistance for your RV.

I'm really shocked that I stopped by first thing to see if they would check my ball & hitch to make sure I had my camper connected and they refused. I offered to pay them and he said he didn't have time. I will never do business with someone who couldn't take 5 minutes to look at my camper.

I just bought a new palomino puma at Burdette’s, James was low pressure very helpful before and after sale, Doug was very helpful and informative about the hitch and trailer breaks. Everything works great. I’m a happy camper?️
