Go somewhere else if you're congested and need any kind of sudafed related product. Any time I have tried to get sudafed here, I have been denied and I think they purposefully have it set up not to sell at this location because of the neighborhood. We have a baby with RSV and several other members of my household cannot breathe through our noses. I bought 10 tablets (Claritin D) last month before Christmas. I've looked up the laws and you're supposed to be allowed to have up to 60 tablets a month or something like that. This location is weird and shady and they treat everyone like criminals.

Unfortunately I think it's time to switch pharmacies. I have given CVS Washington Ave many chances. But I cannot deal with their disorganization and bad service anymore.

It seems to me that the pharmacy can decide to close up when every they would like regardless of what the hours on the door say. I can't tell you how many times i pull up or walk in and guess what they're closed. If you're lucky there will be a sign that says they decide to close at whatever time it may be (1:00,2:00, 3:00). But most of the time you don't even get that. You just get there at 4:00 and they're not open. I do get the things happen but this is an excessive amount of times over the past year.

Drive thru was used by an older lady while CVS truck was unloading cargo. When I tried to do the same they said it was closed and wouldn't allow me to do the same. (would have gone in but my baby was sleeping and not feeling well).

Today I was there. I asked a young worker with a beard about alcohol. He asked me if he was looking for alcohol to drink ...??? I looked at him surprised. He still hasn't realized that he works in a pharmacy... Don't expect help from him, especially if English is your second lenguaje..

I’m standing in front of the pharmacy trying to figure out with the techs if a discount card on a $600 medication is going to save money or not. We settled on a 30 day supply of the med. it was then 1:30, lunchtime for them. I was told I would have to come back after 2 pm when break was over. I had already been there for 15 minutes and they couldn’t finish with me being no other customers were waiting? Nope! Never seen any retail store do that to a customer standing in front of them! Would NEVER happen and will never happen to me again at CVS. I’m done!

Always pleasant, private, and professional. Very clean and the way you want a pharmacy. The guy that works the window is underpayed and makes the place get 5 stars.
